NA Hugo Spritz
Add mint and Tuscan Tree to wine glass, muddle gently, and let sit for a few minutes. Add ice, sparkling NA wine, and soda water. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with fresh mint sprig and a lemon wheel.

- 4 oz Oddbird Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Blanc de Blancs
- 1 oz soda water, chilled
- 1 sprig mint to muddle, plus 1 more for garnish
