A fun riff on the UK's "Guinness & Black". Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously with cubed ice. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass. (Or, if you’re a “split the G” devotee, make it a mega serve in our Guinness Embossed Pint Glasses)
*To make Guinness Syrup: Combine one can of Guinness (16oz) with 16oz Demerara Sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat and stir regularly until sugar is fully dissolved and liquid has reduced by roughly a third. Strain into a bottle and keep in the fridge for 1 week.
