INGREDIENTS
1 oz HP Juniper Classic Non-Alcoholic Gin1 oz NOA Italian Bitter2 oz House Made Egyptian Lemonade**
METHOD
Shake with ice and strain over a large cube in a Wavy Tumbler. Garnish with a mint sprig.
**EGYPTIAN LEMONADE
(makes roughly 750 ML)
- 2 Bunches of mint (leaves only, remove leaves from stems)
- 4 Lemon Husks (peel lemons completely, leaving no white pith on the “meat” of the lemons)
- 1 full cucumber (cut into pieces)
- 100 Grams of Ginger
- 2 Guavas (cut into pieces)
- 200 Grams of Honey
- 200 ML water
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until all items are completely mixed and no “pieces” are remaining, fine strain mixture to remove any pulp, bottle mix and store in fridge for up to 7 Days.
