A tribute cocktail to Toronto Blue Jays' catcher, Alejandro Kirk.
Stir with ice. Strain over 3 mini ice spheres in a Signature Tumbler. Garnish with orange peel carved into a maple leaf and amarena cherry.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
- 1 oz Lot 40 rye whiskey
- 1/4 oz Kvas Northern Maple Old Fashioned Syrup
- 3 dashes Rootside New Orleans Red Bitters
- 1 dash Bittermen’s Xocolatl Mole Bitters
