Handcrafted in small batches by Bourbon Barrel Foods in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. They use reclaimed barrels straight from Woodford Reserve bourbon distilleries as both a smoking and aging agent. The process imparts an added dimension of flavour that cannot be replicated using any other method.
