Bittered Sling bitters are created in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia by celebrated chef Jonathan Chovancek and award-winning mixologist/sommelier Lauren Mote. Their base spirit is 100% British Columbia grown fruit spirit. All botanicals, fruits, barks and herbs are ethically sourced and citrus is hand peeled. They do not use extracts or essences, only whole botanicals. They do not use sugar or artificial colouring and are manufactured in an allergen-free facility.
