Ex-pastry chef, Bob Petrie has created a suite of single-ingredient, artisan bitters for use in contemporary cocktails. Bob's Bitters focus on creating concentrated individual flavours to create an intense essence of each specific aromatic, eschewing the traditional practice of using many spices and botanicals to create a complex ingredient. The only exception is the Abbotts bitters which is a recreation of an original recipe from the early 20th century. Handcrafted in small batches in the United Kingdom.
