This combination of ingredients makes our favourite Old Fashioned ever! Muddle 1/4 oz gum syrup, 1 orange peel, and 2 dashes of bitters with 2 oz of your favourite whisky. Add ice and stir. Strain over a king cube into your favourite rocks glass, and garnish with a cherry (or two... or three!)
