This NOA Non-Alcoholic Spiced Rum is the result of 3+ years of research. After experimenting with ginger, green molasses, and roasted pineapple rind to achieve a funkier Jamaican style, the NOA team settled on the balance of this spicy version, which relies on sugar cane and the warmth provided by cinnamon, allspice and cardamom.
