Amargo Chuncho Peruvian Cocktail bitters contain a balanced combination of over 30 natural flavours that can only be found deep in the forests and wilds of Peru. This potent blend is mashed and macerated and then sits in an oak barrel for six months before being bottled. An essential ingredient in a Pisco Sour, these are also fantastic in many bourbon, whiskey and tequila cocktails.
