Tasting Notes: Balanced sweetness with bitter backbone and a fresh burst of citrus Tasting notes: citrus peel and pith, rhubarb. Akin to Campari.
A complex, non-alcoholic alternative to the traditional Italian bitter aperitif. Made with a base of non-alcoholic citrus distillate, lightly sweetened and finished with a maceration of 8 aromatic herbs and botanicals, including quassia, rhubarb root, and bitter orange peel.
Serve with soda or tonic water for a satisfying non-alcoholic spritz. Or mix with a non-alcoholic gin and verjus for a "Phony Negroni."
