Tasting Notes: A real grassy sweetness from the agave and a subtle length of kiln smoke through the middle

FLUÈRE Smoked Agave--smoke and honey on the nose initially. Fresh notes of pear and pear syrup underneath. On the front of the palette, you have the characteristic vegetal sweetness of agave with some bitter overtones and a hint of black pepper. These flavours develop into eucalyptus and mint for a beautiful, long finish.

To get the best out of every branch, leaf, and berry, all botanicals, spices, and fruit are individually distilled through so-called hydrosteam distillation. The essential oils derived from the distilling process ensure the premium taste and unique after-bite of any drink made with Fluère.
