MOJITO RECIPE:
Ingredients:
• 8 fresh mint leaves
• ¼ lime, cut into 2 wedges
• 1 to 2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
• 4-8 ice cubes
• 1 to 1½ shots white rum
• ½ cup club soda
Directions:
Place mint leaves, 1 lime wedge and sugar into the glass. Use the muddler to crush the ingredients to release the mint oils and lime juice. Fill the glass with ice then pour the rum over the ice and fill the glass with club soda. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.
