— dry shake first four ingredients to froth, then with ice, & strain into chilled coupe. float Dunrobin Rhubarb Bitters on foam—

3/4 oz Prosyro Rhubarb Syrup
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 egg white or 8 drops Ms Better's Miraculous Foamer
4 dashes Dunrobin Rhubarb Bitters
