Tasting notes: refreshingly light and floral with herbaceous notes of chamomile and artemisia; smooth and delightfully complex with a hint of bitterness towards the end; akin to blanco vermouth
Thanks to the choice of wines, botanicals and over 150 years of know-how, Martini Non-Alcoholic Floreale Apéritif has taste complexity and a unique flavour profile which is versatile for enjoyment in mixed drinks, cocktails or on its own. Martini selected the same high-quality blend of white wines used in their vermouths to start with a base liquid that stays true to the Martini way of making apéritifs passed on through generations of master blenders.
Featuring high quality botanicals including artemesia and Roman chamomile from Pancalier. The alcohol is carefully removed from the wines using a method called reverse osmosis. It is not the fastest, cheapest or most profitable way of removing alcohol, but helps to preserve the authentic aromas and taste. The rich flavours and aromas of the botanicals are extracted in the traditional way using alcohol and then naturally infused into the de-alcoholised wine to create a delicious aperitif with a signature Martini profile and less than 0.5% ABV.
