This Orange syrup macerates for a long time with fresh citrus zest and dried peel, to  achieve the perfect balance of sweet orange and bitterness. Use it to replace the simple syrup in your bourbon or cognac classics like the Old Fashioned or Whisky Sour. Also works as a non-alcoholic substitute for orange liqueur in non-alcoholic cocktails.
