Prosyro Apricot Syrup is a unique, hard-to-find flavour concentrate that blends fresh ripe stone fruits with the depth and body of dried and cooked apricot, nectarines and peaches. A fantastic substitute for simple syrup in citrus forward cocktails like sours and fizzes, or whip up a classic bellini. Also great in rum based tiki cocktails, as apricot plays very well with tropical fruits and warm spices.
