Citric Blend is a super-concentrated, shelf-stable acid blend that adds acidity to your cocktails. Dilute it with water to replace lemon/lime juice where you don’t need the texture or aroma of fresh citrus. The perfect tool for high volume service & pre-batching cocktails. Unlike fresh juice, Citric Blend always offers consistent acidity, has a long shelf-life, and is crystal clear. Once diluted, you can use the same measurements as fresh juice in your cocktails.

For built drinks & cordials: Mix 1 part (50mL) Citric Blend + 9 parts (450mL) water

For shaken & stirred drinks: Mix 1 Part (50mL) Citric Blend + 8 parts (400mL) water
